• Graduated from Rhodes University with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Higher Diploma in Accounting in 1991

• Completed her articles at KPMG and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1993

• Worked at Absa Capital in Corporate Finance where she was actively involved in business acquisitions,disposals, valuations and reorganisations for approximately 7 years. Then joined Exchange Sponsors, which focussedon medium sized businesses

• Project managed a business which included the development of 986 affordable housing units in Southern Johannesburg including marketing, sales, and administration
